We want the gift to feel right before the family begins recording.

Before recording begins
You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if no family member has submitted a recipe. Email us with the purchaser's address and the gift recipient's name: [email protected].
After recording begins
Once voice processing and preparation of the private book have begun, purchases are normally non-refundable. If a technical problem prevents us from delivering the book and we cannot resolve it, contact us. We will put matters right, including a refund where appropriate.
How refunds arrive
Stripe returns approved refunds to the original payment method. Your bank decides when the credit appears. A refund does not automatically remove family content; the book owner can request deletion separately in Settings.
